Services and appointments

Service availability, appointment times, prices, and completion times may change. An appointment request is not confirmed until Ozone Smog accepts it. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information.

Vehicle and service information

Inspection results and service information are based on the vehicle's condition at the time it is evaluated. Additional issues may be identified during testing. Any required authorization will be requested before services outside the agreed scope are performed.

Messaging terms

If you choose to communicate with Ozone Smog by SMS, RCS, or another messaging service, you consent to receive service-related messages such as appointment responses, reminders, status updates, and answers to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to stop SMS messages or HELP for assistance. You may also call 760-341-4601. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about or contact Ozone Smog. Website content may be updated without notice. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience, and those services have their own terms.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Ozone Smog is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions, delayed messages, or reliance on general website information.
